Today's racing was tough, as was the rider who won ride of the day. David England was giving his mount Rockabilly reminders as they were going away from the stands, he just kept going and going to lead after the last and battled on bravely to win. He definitely earnt his riding fee for that race. On Sunday, we had 4 winning selections: Alvarado, Topolski, Fin Vin De Leu and Accordingtoeileen (2nd but advertised e/w). Not too bad at all.
Tomorrow's selections are: Nikos Extra (4.25 Haydock), Ballyclough e/w (5.30 Haydock), Red Merlin (2.00 Hereford), Welcome Stranger (4.50 Hereford), Sunshine Always e/w (8.50 Kempton), Arnold Layne (3.30 Warwick), Laureate Des Loges (4.40 Warwick).
Main selections are Nikos Extra, who goes well fresh, Red Merlin, who should enjoy the ground, Welcome Stranger, who is back up in trip and Arnold Layne, who should relish conditions at his favourite track.
Both Lincoln horses are still 33's.

ReplyDeleteImpressive selections the other day. What would I have got back from those rotten bookies if I'd had £2 win on each??
Interested in Red Merlin but think it's quite a tricky race so my nap is Faultless Feelings in the 1st at Warwick. Hobbs only runner at meeting. Is Dickie Johnson banned today by the way? No sign of him at any meeting today.
