Cross the right Border with Reiver
Yesterday showed us how good Frankel really was, and he ended up having a test with Exclamation, but still flew away and won with barrel loads to spare. I think also that we may be seeing the next Dettori in the shape of young Mickael Barzalona who again showcased his talents with a Newbury double, including the Spring Mile on Light From Mars.
Ride of the Day went to Kirsty Milczarek for her ride on Franciscan at Haydock last night. To see it, click on the link and type "Franciscan" into the search by horse tab. Racing UK Replays
Todays selections are: Danziger (3.30 Navan), Ashfield's Dream (2.45 Stratford), Laureate Des Loges (3.50 Stratford), Dante's Storm (4.25 Stratford), A Stones Throw (2.25 Wetherby), Border Reiver (3.00 Wetherby)
Nap is Border Reiver

Ride of the Day went to Graham Lee for his ride on Seigneur Des Bois at Southwell this evening, again worth checking out if you can.
Tomorrow's selections are: Brockfield (2.35 Beverley), Plattsburgh (4.20 Beverley), Bai Zhu (3.55 Cheltenham), Sasheen (7.45 Kempton), Society Rock (3.35 Newmarket), Strathcal (5.55 Sedgefield), Snake Rave (6.55 Sedgefield)
Main selections are Brockfield, who goes well fresh, Plattsburgh for the Al Zarooni yard, Society Rock, who ran so well last season and the two at Sedgefield should both be up to winning
Naps are Strathcal and Brockfield

Now it's time for Backstage
Today provided us a rejuvanated Master Minded, who is now being aimed at the King George, what a race that could be come December. Our selections weren't so good, but Marino Prince didn't run.
And tomorrow it is National day, the big one that brings all sorts of people to betting shops nationwide for their yearly punt, either by name or colours on the silks, no other race can provide this much attention, and I am still sticking with my ante post selections, Backstage, who am beginning to favour, Oscar Time and Chief Dan George. These are my other selections: Montbazon (5.35 Aintree), Keenan's Future (3.40 Bangor), Tae Kwon Do (2.35 Chepstow), Bridge Street Boy (5.20 Chepstow), Hamlool E/W (3.00 Lingfield), Ezdeyaad (2.10 Thirsk), Captain McCarry (5.25 Thirsk), Cinta (8.20 Wolverhampton)
No Scoop6 line this week as the attention is more on Aintree
Nap is Captain McCarry
Good Luck

Marino Prince to rule
Today's racing was great to see, especially Big Buck's who absolutely slaughtered his rivals. No winners for us on here but Ride of the day for the first time goes to a jockey who didn't win. Simon Clements very nearly fell off Oiseau De Nuit at the first fence, lost touch and ended up being beat 4 lengths by Silk Drum.
Tomorrow is mostly about Aintree again, but these are my selections: Ballyholland E/W (3.40 Aintree), Keyaza (5.25 Aintree), De Welsh Wizzard (4.30 Fontwell), Doynosaur (3.30 Newcastle), Marino Prince (6.25 Newcastle) and Shouda (6.45 Wolverhampton).
All have great chances, especially my naps De Welsh Wizzard and Marino Prince
Good Luck

Its Oscar's Time in the National
Today's racing was very tough, with Greenflash and Iver Bridge Lad the winners, with Border Owl going very close too. Ride of the Day went to Hayley Turner for her ride on The Betchworth Kid in the Further Flight stakes at Nottingham.
Tomorrow kicks off the Aintree festival, and I have 3 ante post National horses, Oscar Time, who has had a very similar prep to Monty's Pass and Numbersixvalverde in the past. Backstage, who has to be bang there and Chief Dan George who is the type to run well at a big price, 40/1.
Tomorrow's selections are: Kanesh E/W (3.40 Aintree), Leo's Lucky Star (4.15 Aintree), Pippa Greene (2.55 Hereford), Turf Legends E/W (5.15 Hereford), Swindy (6.55 Kempton), Ilie Nastase (8.55 Kempton), Marvellous Value (2.45 Ripon), Pintrada (4.30 Ripon).
All of them have decent chances, especially Marvellous Value, Leo's Lucky Star, Pippa Greene and Swindy
Good Luck

Watch out for rain over the Parade
Yesterday's racing was very tough summed up by Doncasters placepot dividend paying the best part of £15,000 and a £5,000 placepot too at Kempton. I shamefully couldn't pick a winner either, despite Ocean Transit not running, but at least Axiom, who I mentioned as an each way ante-post selection was 4th at 50/1 in the Lincoln. Hope you were on. Ride Of The Day went to Jack Mitchell for his ride on Cosmic Sun at Kempton.
Today sees the return of St Nicholas Abbey at the Curragh, these are my selections everywhere: Pinsplitter E/W (1.40 Doncaster), Internationaldebut (2.45 Doncaster), Nasri E/W (3.55 Doncaster), Beatrice Aurore (4.55 Doncaster), Silver Lily (2.30 Market Rasen), Higgy's Ragazzo (3.05 Market Rasen), D'Gigi (5.10 Market Rasen) and also I would recommend looking to lay Regel Parade in the 3.30 at The Curragh. His record fresh is quite poor and the yard still haven't really got going yet. Of the others, Pinsplitter has a top amateur on board right at the bottom of the weights. Internationaldebut for an in-form yard and he was touched off in this race lat year, Silver Lily down in grade and Higgy's Ragazzo is banker material at Market Rasen too.
Jump's Nap is Silver Lily, Overall is Internationaldebut
Good Luck
